Beattie Bakes People who love to eat are always the best people.Julia Child Beattie Bakes was established in 2013. I was between jobs, and had some extra time, a kitchen with a lot of counter space, and a desire to serve my friends who needed holiday treats but didn’t have the time to make them.

One of the best parts of Beattie Bakes has been the opportunity to be a part of so many families’ and friends’ Christmases over the past two years. Unfortunately, as I look ahead to this Christmas season, I’m realizing I have a calendar that is already full to bursting with celebrating, Scottish walking, singing, cookie exchanges, Hallmark Christmas movies, and general frivolity (plus, some work and other less exciting, less holiday themed things).

What does that mean for Beattie Bakes?

In short, many fewer orders. Please email me at [email protected] to check on my availability. No promises for anyone (except for my Grandmother’s cousin, Agnes, who placed her order 6 weeks ago). Prices will remain the same as last year, as will the offerings (in general).

Thanks for all your support in this crazy effort - Beattie Bakes is not going away, just trying to take a realistic view as the Christmas season gets into full swing.
