Welcome to our homestead! Our small family ranch raises Dexter cattle and standard donkeys. Our page is still under construction, so stay tuned.

We'll be updating our goat herd info, product lists, and other features when possible. In the future, we will have farm fresh products available such as goat's milk & cheeses, eggs, pelts, as well as registered ND goats. Our farm has been in our family for 4 generations, and we hope to one day pass it on to our children.

Update: She has found a new farm to call home. 🥰

Downsizing the herd. Dexter heifer born March 3rd 2022. Dun dam and black sire. She will eat out of your hand. Grass fed, treats fed are alfalfa cubes. Chondro negative, PHA N/N. Exposed to my polled Dexter bull.

Located just outside Chillicothe, MO. Must pick up, unable to deliver at this time.

Most of my LGD babies have gone on to their new jobs, homes, and families. I’ve already received updates from nearly all of the new owners, expressing joy in their new family member. I hope the pups can be as successful as their parents, and bond with their beloved livestock.

We just have Miss Jellybean remaining, gaining valuable experience alongside her parents.

We had a beautiful bull calf born on the farm today, in the middle of a snow storm. My livestock guard dogs alerted me to where mama cow was in the woods, and we safely got mama and calf into the dry lean-to. Such a cute little guy!

*Jellybean is the last one!!*

It's time for my cute little fluffs to move on to their new farm jobs. They’re located North West of Chillicothe, MO. They’re a mix of Pyrenees, Akbash, and Anatolian. They are all showing great guardian instincts, some as early as 3 weeks old. They are UTD on shots and deworming.

They’ve been primarily exposed to poultry, as well as donkeys, cattle, cats, and children. The parents work on our farm and have dispatched a few predators, as well as watch the skies for hawks.

These cute pups will be ready for their new jobs Jan 5th.

5 big boys and 3 fluffy girls. A mix of Pyrenees, Anatolian, and Akbash.

They really do grow up so fast. 🥹

The cameras in the puppy den are so awesome at letting us keep an eye on mama and her pups without disturbing them. Everyone is well fed and napping in the early afternoon. Luckily temperatures have been kind to the growing pups, so their den has been pleasantly warm during the day.

8 healthy 18-day old pups, 5 boys and 3 girls. All their eyes are open, and they’re testing their legs out wandering the 4’x4’ den between milk-induced naps.
