Currently I have a full time job and farm full time afterwards. Previously a Chef who started urban farming with microgreens, hydroponics and backyard growing. Now I've expanded to

5 acre property here on Alum Cliff Road, Chillicothe where I will expand my operations and enterprises so I can provide more to my community instead just a few families and neighbors. I've always had passion for making and growing food since I was a little kid. Before the internet, I walked half hour to the public library and bring back a mountain of gardening books each week. I still have that passion to learn and experience how to grow things.

There is a lot that goes on behind the scene beside harvesting and selling produce. There is planning, seeding, transplanting, weeding, watering, pest management, weather management, equipment maintenance, and booking keeping, etc. Most times night transplanting, is the only time I can fit it in the schedule. Also it less of a shock on the new seedlings. FYI First frost day is creeping up.
