Wigfield Farms - Pasture-Finished Beef Working with nature to produce the tastiest and healthiest grass-finished beef at a reasonable price.

We finish our beef only twice a year because finishing after several months on fresh forage is paramount in flavor and tenderness in grass-finished beef. Generally, you can count on our beef being finished and ready for pick up on July 1 and December 1.
