-Check and cash are accepted at check in, you do not have to pay on Showman.
-An appearance will need to be made at the check in table to be considered checked in.

Just one week left until we get to see everyone in Chillicothe, MO!❄️

Hopefully we can help answer some questions you may have about our facilities with these pictures and descriptions.

A few things to know –
1. Please be aware that our fairgrounds serve the dual purpose of a teaching facility and we need to be respectful of that fact and the students attending school there, including that Friday, December 12th.

2. Stalling at your trailer is absolutely and 100% allowed! You are welcome to park anywhere except any spots taped off and the following:
a. Grassy area by greenhouse (see picture)
b. Dirt arena. Trailers will sink… trust us on this one.

3. There will be space available under roof to stall. These spots are available on a first come, first served basis and are very limited. Stalls are not assigned and the show will not settle any stalling disagreements.
a. There are two options for under roof stalling.
i. The long, main “Charley” cattle barn will have tie stalls available (see picture).
ii. Both the North and South porches will have panels around their perimeter to tie to and/or build stalls from.

4. At this time we can not supply a base bedding in any stalling area. We highly recommend that you bring bedding and ask that you don't bring straw if possible. It gets bound up in our spreader when we do our after show clean up.

5. No stalling is allowed in the roofed area between the long “Charley” barn and the showring barn. That will be our make ready area and where we will line up for classes (see picture).

6. Yes, we do have a wash rack on site, but just like the stalls, space will be very limited. It was built for our county fair and is designed for 8 head at a time. Please plan accordingly.

7. Generators and tents are allowed and encouraged.

We are looking forward to seeing the kids doing their thing and kicking off a great show year!🫶
