Fresh out of the smoker this morning.

Big Woody meat loaf.
1 Lb ground beef
1/2 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup Big Woody Sauce
1 egg
2 tablespoon Big Woody Rub
1 tablespoon minced onion
1/2 tablespoon black pepper
Mix all ingredients and shape into a loaf.
Wrap with bacon and cook on 350 degrees for 1 hour.
Serve with Big Woody Sauce and enjoy!
