No-Bake Lotus Cheesecake Cups 🍯 easy to make
Ingredients:
* 200g Lotus Biscoff biscuits
* 80g melted butter
* 250g cream cheese
* 3 tbsp sugar
* 200ml whipping cream
* 3 tbsp Lotus Biscoff spread
Instructions:
* Crush the biscuits into fine crumbs
* Mix with melted butter
* Press the mixture into cups to form the base
* In a bowl, mix cream cheese and sugar until smooth
* Add whipping cream and mix until thick and creamy
* Spoon the cream mixture over the biscuit base
* Drizzle Lotus spread on top
* Chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours
