Tried something new (for me) tonight. My take on bacon cheeseburger casserole.

Has cooked hamburger & bacon mixed with some Worcestershire sauce, topped with cheddar/american cheese blend on a layer of soften cream cheese mixed with mustard & mayo along with some onion & garlic power that’s spread over a crescent roll sheet.

Can be topped with pickles, ketchup & lettuce if you like.

Turned out really well!!

Made some buffalo chicken Stromboli tonight with blue cheese dipping sauce or for the non traditionalist…ranch. Came out pretty well!!!

Haven’t made this in some time. But when it’s a holiday and of course I awake….might as well be productive. Breakfast is served!!

Finally had time to make something (other than just throwing stuff together on the go)!!! Stromboli….one regular (pepperoni, salami & ham); one buffalo chicken; two Philly cheese steak!!!

Tried a new dish this evening. Hawaiian Chicken over fried rice. I used two Lowery’s Hawaiian marinade with two cups of brown sugar and one large can of pineapple tidbits along with a frozen mixed blend of peppers and onions.

So it’s been a while since I posted anything….if you have ever had the Zoppa Soup from OG. Made a casserole version of it. Turned out amazing!!!
