Just wanted to take a second and say thank you to everyone behind Ruck 22 for having Grilla Cheez out and letting us be a small part of what you all put together. We appreciate everything Ruck 22 does and stands for, especially the work they do supporting our veterans and our community.

Thank you to everybody who stopped by the trailer, grabbed something to eat, said hi and supported us throughout the day. Every time you choose to spend your money with us and support this little business, it means more than you probably realize.

And I definitely gotta give some credit to the crew. They showed up, kept things moving, kept people happy and kept some pretty dang good food coming out of that window all day 😂

Days like this are what it’s all about.

A little behind the scenes of what happens when the window closes 😂

Running Grilla Cheez while being back in college definitely makes for some long days, but I wouldn’t trade it. There’s a whole lot that goes into this thing that nobody really gets to see, so I figured I’d start showing more of it.

Just taking it one day at a time and seeing where this little food trailer takes us 🦍

Days like today really make me stop and think about how far this little food trailer has come.

Seeing familiar faces come back, meeting new people, hearing people talk about Grilla Cheez and just watching everyone show up and support what we’re building is something I’ll never get used to.

I know we say thank you a lot on here but I hope everyone knows how much we truly mean it. Every order, every share, every comment and every person who tells somebody else about us has helped turn this into something bigger than I ever imagined when we started.

Today was a great day and I’m just really grateful to be able to do this and have a community that continues to support us through all of it.

Thank you Chillicothe. Seriously. 🦍🧀
