Did y'all know this? 😁 There are so many small/local/regional sources in your area, you just need to ask around! I never buy honey from a retain chain. My favorite honey comes from Creekside Apiaries in Roseburg, OR...which happens to be from my dad! I'm very blessed!!

Thank you to friends who provided plums and the inspiration for Plum BBQ Sauce! I cannot follow a recipe as written, but at least this time I wrote my recipe down to make again should it turn out bomb. 😁

Garlic planting day! I figured if this can grow in MT, it can grow here in SoOR, so I'm giving it a shot. Two varieties so far, 2 more to go; soft neck and hard neck. Mixing and topping it with my favorite Harvest Supreme. When it rains/snows, the nutrients will feed the garlic below. I'll end up making "raised beds" eventually, as I add rabbit manure, compost, straw, etc. to build up the beds over time. What successes have YOU had with growing garlic?! Please share!
