A new week is growing. 🌱 This morning in the Danish Honey Farms grow space - microgreens at different stages, all headed somewhere this week. Farmers Market. Klamath Grown. Harvest Box orders. And a whole lot of harvesting in between. There’s something pretty satisfying about seeing this week growing all at once. 💚

We’ve been away from the market for a few weeks - but we’ve definitely been growing. 🌱 This Saturday, Danish Honey Farms is back at the Klamath Falls Farmers Market with fresh microgreens, live-cut trays, grab-and-go greens, free tastes, and a few things you’ll only find at our market booth. These trays are growing for Saturday right now. We can’t wait to see you again. 🫶
