For my land, I got the taxes statement in the Mail. My Taxes increased I now have to pay $60.23 per year, but they did increase my lands value to $10,630. I paid $3700 cash for the land back in Aug 13th, 2020.

My brother Shawn and I had always talked about getting some land to "homestead" on. Sadly he passed away before this could happen. I have carried on.

In 2020 I happened upon 2.19 acres in the Klamath Basin - in between the cities of Chiloquin and Sprague River. I bought the land with lots of plans in my head.

I named it after my Brother - S. W. Gage Ranch (Shawn William Gage). This page is the development of the Ranch from bare land to finish.
