Have you ever seen a yellow sweet pea? This is lathyrus chloranthus - it’s a species sweet pea, so it doesn’t have a scent but it grows terrifically and puts on tons of these tiny little flowers! Would make a great pea for growing over a fence or arbor, and because it’s yellow, it helps complete the rainbow of colors we’re growing this summer!

Another pair of very similar sweet peas. Prince of Orange, on the left, puts out little bright pink-tangerine blooms, while Restormel, on the right, has big fluffy cerise blooms, with a lovely scent. We’ve also heard Restormel is a very good seed producer… so right now it’s kind of our favorite between the two. 🩷🧡
