Friends and Neighbors of Talbert Ranch Beef- we are taking a pause with processing and being able to provide Beef directly to you. We will let you know when we will be able to provide you with our fantastic beef again(hopefully by the end of the year). In the meantime, my son does have a fundraiser for his FFA class at China Spring. I am trying to make sure the next generation is able to continue raising healthy cattle. Hey Friends and Family, Chance is playing baseball with the China Spring Youth Athletic Association. We are participating in the annual league fundraiser and wanted to see if you would support the league and my team. The money raised will go towards adding 2 additional acres of parking, concreting ADA Handicap spaces, and other expenses to finish the remodel of field #3. This years fundraiser is a Golf Ball Drop. Each $20 donation ticket receives a unique golf ball number. On Saturday March 29, all of the golf balls will be dropped from a helicopter over the target at the fields. If your numbered ball lands in the hole or closest to the hole you could win up to $500. The 2nd through 5th closest ball will win additional prizes. My team and I have chances to win incentive prizes by selling the most tickets. At The Talbert Ranch, we take great pride in providing your family with locally raised, high-quality Hereford/Red Angus beef that is as delicious as it is responsibly produced. Our cattle are humanely raised on the lush pastures of our family ranch in China Spring, Texas. We use no hormones, and our beef is grass-fed and grass/grain finished with locally sourced grain.

The Talbert Ranch has been a cornerstone of our family’s heritage since 1887, when it was first purchased by Cisero Talbert. For over 135 years, our family has been committed to raising cattle and caring for the land. Today, the 6th generation of Talberts is proudly learning the ropes of cattle ranching and land stewardship from the 4th and 5th generations, ensuring that our legacy of quality and care continues for years to come.

We invite you to fill your freezer with our fresh, flavorful beef. Our most popular option is a quarter of beef, which typically weighs about 130 pounds and includes a diverse selection of cuts such as:
