Here's my version of a Chicago Dog. Artesian rolls, flavor bomb tomatoes, jalapenos, Clausen pickles, and Dijon mustard. The hot dogs and rolls are grilled.

Tonight I made homemade Alabama White Sauce, inspired by Brad's down in Anniston. I used Big Bob Gibsons recipe, deleted the lemon juice, added Worcestchire, alongvwith our homemade mayo, and brown sugar, over our "Bourbon Pulled Pork" on a baked potato, it was delicious...didn't need dessert.

Today while in Anniston with the CMP, our team went over to Brad's Bar-B-Que in Oxford for lunch. I had the stuffed baked potato with smoked pork on top. I asked if they had Alabama White barbeque sauce, the new owner, Joel Laird said his son has been working on it, so they made a batch and we all got to try it...it was awesome! I highly recommend this restaurant if you are down this way.

Picked up some on sale boneless pork, breaded and fried, with homemade cranberry sauce, and PA Dutch noodles. Great meal and good for leftovers as well.

Last weekend I was visiting near Philly, and stopped for dinner at Miller's Ale House in Fairless Hills, for their "Pork Asobuco" and a nice Irish ale. The pork is done perfectly, falls off the bone, string beans perfect still crispy, mashed potatoes were fine, the gravy is awesome! I'll be having this again. Oh and they deliver also, all done on the app, really easy.

Working through my latest Basil Parmesan Eggplant, with linguine, "Make Ahead sauce",and made some meatballs today. This let's us have leftovers all week, only one long cooking day. I'm using bronze cut Barilla linguine, it does make a difference.

Our Boy, Titus Batman Marsellis, at 4 months and now at 3 years. Hes true to the Cane Corso breed, and he's a huge part of the ranch here, smartest dog I've ever known!
