Last weekend I was visiting near Philly, and stopped for dinner at Miller's Ale House in Fairless Hills, for their "Pork Asobuco" and a nice Irish ale. The pork is done perfectly, falls off the bone, string beans perfect still crispy, mashed potatoes were fine, the gravy is awesome! I'll be having this again. Oh and they deliver also, all done on the app, really easy.

Working through my latest Basil Parmesan Eggplant, with linguine, "Make Ahead sauce",and made some meatballs today. This let's us have leftovers all week, only one long cooking day. I'm using bronze cut Barilla linguine, it does make a difference.

Today I'm making our "Make Ahead Pasta Sauce", for tomorrow's Eggplant, Basil, and Parnesan. I use this sauce for other things like lasagna or meatballs as well...its my base. The recipe is in my cookbook (listed in the bio). Mushrooms are a must for me, and today included a pint or so of arugala/spinach mix hanging in the fridge.

When I make a spiral ham, I don't overcook it ( its already cooked) and drop ginger ale in the roasting pan, this way it stays really moist. This sauce is super simple to make and really accents the ham, and incorporates a southwest flavor profile.

Bourbon Pulled Pork ( in our cookbook Left Over Ranch, Memories on a Plate) over Mexican street corn recipe I got from folks in Tucson last year. For the pork I use either pork shoulder or boneless country ribs. Super easy and delicious, good for leftovers too.

Second try making my own cheese steak rolls, added 10% liquid for our altitude, these are just awesome. Got the recipe from a YouTube chef, they freeze well and are like just baked when defrosted.
