We raise free range American blackbelly hair sheep for lamb meat and milk,we have 2 jersey cows for milk, we have added nubian goats for milk this year, and chickens & turkeys for meat and eggs. Hair sheep are sheep with hair like a goat rather than wool so they have very little lanolin. Lanolin is what gives lamb meat its strong flavor, so our lamb meat is much milder in flavor. Jersey Cows-
We have free range Jersey cows, grass fed, but supplemented with cattle grains and beet pulp (because making milk requires a lot of nutrition and we don't believe in stressing a cow's body) So much cream in the milk! We skim none of the cream, so when you get a gallon of milk anywhere from 1/4-1/2 of that can be cream. We also sell straight cream, cultured buttermilk, and many flavors of farmer style cheese.

Turkeys-
We are raising Kentucky Bourbon Red heritage turkeys for Thanksgiving and we now have turkey meat available year round! All happy free range, no antibiotics, & no hormones. Oh the taste is a thousand times better than both grocery store and mass produced turkeys.
