With nutty roux, creamed corn reduction, yams candied on site, fresh bread, stuffing made from sage and bread cut and toasted in oven, with celery onion and seasonings, Coleslaw, roasted brocholi, chedder cauliflower, home made cranberry sauce reduction, purée of root vegetables with 3 kinds of potatoes yams sweet potatoes turnips parsnips rutabagas and prime rib slow roasted At 200 degrees. Turkey was cooked in new Wolfe convection steam oven and only took 9 min per pound instead of 17 and came out perfect.
