“What does clean coffee actually mean?”

For us, it means every coffee is tested for toxins you don’t want in your cup.

Before a single bean even enters our facility, we test for:
• Mold + Mycotoxins 🦠
• Pesticides
• Heavy metals

If the coffee passes testing, (and we’re VERY strict) we roast it for you fresh per order, in small batches! Our number 1 focus is quality, from sourcing all the way to the final cup.

Not all coffee is created equal.

And a lot of coffee roasters don’t even know what any of this means. It’s not their fault, it’s just not industry standard.

And “clean coffee” shouldn’t be a marketing phrase.

At Hiker Coffee, it means we actually verify it. Because we NEED to. For you and for our own health! 🤝

We’re looking for a few great experienced baristas to join the Hiker team as we look to expand hours for summer!

This isn’t just a cafe job. You’ll be part of the full picture. Serving drinks, prepping food, and getting a behind-the-scenes look at how we roast and are building our coffee brand.

You’ll also play a role in building the foundation of Hiker. Helping refine recipes, systems, and the kind of experience we can carry into future locations.

Proud partnership with Earthbound Environmental Solutions, LLC they compost and repurpose all of our spent coffee chaff, coffee grounds swept off the floor, and packaging when we can’t use it!

Now, that’s what we call a beanbag!
Every couple of weeks, the fine people over at Hiker Coffee organically recycle probably about a bazillion coffee beans.

We sure do appreciate local businesses supporting other local businesses!!!

We’re specialty coffee, shots are dialed, milk is silky and served at just the right temp. And of course, your latte won’t show up looking like someone took two sips before handing it to you.

No “close enough.” Just really good coffee ☕️

The Braised Beef Latte is here 🔥 We’ve been working on this one for a while.. really pushing the boundaries of coffee.

– Horseradish mayo drizzle
– Splash of au jus
– Milk of choice
– Braised beef espresso shot
– Topped with braised beef, caramelized onion & broccoli sprouts

10 years of Hiker Coffee.

We opened an old box of memories and realized we’ve lived a lot of life inside this company!

Built it together.
Navigated a scary health journey.
Took risks we didn’t feel ready for.

And somehow:
, , , , our own cafe, so many amazing retail partners and a supportive community all became part of our story.

Feels surreal. 🤯

Really grateful for everyone who’s been along for the ride and helped us get here. Cheers to another decade of Hiker! ☕️
