🎃👻 Happy Tuesday, y'all! 👻🎃

How was your weekend?!

I spent pretty much my entire weekend working, trying to get ahead on these creepy babies! 👶😳 Because apparently, making hundreds of tiny, terrifying edible faces is how I choose to spend my free time. 😂

But we did manage to squeeze in some family time when Nana came over to watch the Packers and enjoy some absolutely delicious chili! 🏈🥣💚💛

Now we're back at it, and the coolers are loaded with all kinds of deliciousness!

🍎 Poison Apple Cheesecakes
👶 Creepy Baby Cheesecakes
🍰 Tons of other cheesecake flavors
💚 Keto-friendly options
🌾 Gluten-free goodies
🐾 Cheesecakes for your four-legged family members
✨ And so much more!

Speaking of those creepy babies...

They're quite possibly the only dessert you'll ever eat that looks like it's judging you for eating it. 😂

Seriously. Nothing quite like taking a bite of cheesecake while it stares back at you with a look of complete disappointment.

Only at Josef's Cheesecakes — where we take perfectly good desserts and occasionally turn them into things that require therapy! 🤣👶💀

Congratulations Milwaukee Brewers! World series bound in a sweep🧹!! I've been a Brewers fan since the last time the Brewers went to the World series because of Rollie Fingers and his fantastic mustache. This night is something I've waited for for 44 years, how exciting! At 1 time I even grew a handlebar because of Rollie Fingers.. Go Brew Crew!!

🥨🌧️ Good morning, y’all! Happy Pretzel Thursday! 🌧️🥨

Well, another Thursday here at Josef’s, and we started off with a BANG! 💥

Our jumbo soft pretzels are ALREADY SOLD OUT! 🥨😳 Y’all didn't even give those poor pretzels a fighting chance! 😂

And speaking of this rainy, dreary Thursday… apparently, today is officially THE WORST DAY OF HER ENTIRE LIFE! 😭🤣

Our little Becca was supposed to go on her very FIRST school field trip today, but Mother Nature had other plans and the school canceled it because of the weather.

Let me tell y’all… when we broke the news to her this morning, you would have thought the entire world had come crashing down! 🌎💔😂

Oh, the heartbreak and drama of being a little kid! Meanwhile, Dad's over here thinking, "Well, at least I don't have to go on a field trip in the rain!" 🤣

But don't worry, friends! While the pretzels have disappeared faster than Becca's happiness this morning, we've still got plenty of cheesecakes and other delicious goodies to brighten up this gloomy day! 🍰❤️

☔ We're OPEN 10 AM–6 PM today!

Swing on into Josef's Cheesecakes and grab yourself a little happiness. And if you see Becca, maybe send some sympathy her way for surviving what will surely go down in history as the Great Field Trip Tragedy of 2026! 😂❤️

🥶🍰 Good morning, cheesecake fans! 🍰🥶

Brrrrr! It's a cold, dreary morning out there, y'all! 🌧️🍂

But you know what makes a chilly, gloomy day a whole lot better? TREATS FROM JOSEF'S! 🤤

We've got cheesecakes, donuts, and all sorts of delicious goodies just waiting to brighten your day! Because let's face it, sunshine is nice and all, but cheesecake doesn't depend on the weather! 😂🍰

So bundle up, brave the chilly weather, and swing on in for a little something sweet! We'll supply the smiles, the sugar, and maybe a little bit of silliness along the way! ❤️

🧀🍰 HAPPY TUESDAY, Y’ALL!!! 🦖☀️

How was everybody’s weekend?!? Did y’all get some rest and relaxation? Because apparently I missed the memo on that part! 😂🤣

Ours was CRAZY as usual!!

Saturday was filled with weddings, cheesecake, deliveries, and a special catering dinner! By the time I finished, I was EXHAUSTED! 😴

So naturally, Sunday I decided to take it easy... JUST KIDDING! 🤣 I spent SIX HOURS replacing the brakes and rotors on all four wheels of my daughter’s car! 🔧🚗 Nothing says a relaxing Sunday like being covered in brake dust and questioning your life choices! 😂

But I did manage to sit down long enough to watch our MILWAUKEE BREWERS DOMINATE THE DODGERS!!! ⚾💙💛 WE BREW-LIEVE!!!

Then came Monday! Time to relax, right?! HAHAHA... NOPE! 🤣 Got the yard and patio at home ready for winter, got the snowblower running (because Wisconsin likes to keep us on our toes ❄️), and then headed right back into baking mode to get everything ready for y’all today!

And that brings us to TUESDAY MORNING AT JOSEF’S! 🎉

I’m still running around trying to fill the coolers because apparently y’all woke up this morning and collectively decided CHEESECAKE WAS THE ANSWER! 😂

We had folks lined up AGAIN, the phone ringing, DoorDash orders flying in, special orders being placed, and me running around the kitchen like a caffeinated raccoon with a spatula! 🦝🥤🍰

And you know what?! WE WOULDN’T HAVE IT ANY OTHER WAY!!! ❤️

Seriously, y’all, thank you for continuing to keep us so incredibly busy! Every order, every visit, every smile, and every kind word means more to us than you know. We are beyond blessed by this amazing community!

We're baking, stocking, and restocking as fast as these little hands can go, so if the coolers look a little empty when you walk in, don't panic! More goodies are on the way! 😂

🦖 **DINOSAUR RAWRRRRR!!!** 🦕
*Translation: GOOD MORNING, FRIENDS!!!* 😂❤️

Happy Saturday, y'all!!

First off, THANK YOU for another absolutely INSANE week here at Josef's!! Y'all have been keeping me running around like a T-Rex trying to make a bed with those tiny little arms! 🦖🤣

It's been SO crazy around here that I actually had to CALL IN THE TROOPS!! 🚨

👩‍🍳 **Chef Caitie and K** have been here helping make batters, whipping up macarons, washing dishes, and doing whatever else needs doing!

I KNOW, RIGHT?! I actually let other people help me in the kitchen!! Somebody check the temperature downstairs because something must've frozen over! 😂🤣

Seriously though, I couldn't be more grateful for the help and for all of YOU who keep us so incredibly busy!

💍 A HUGE congratulations to all of our beautiful brides and handsome grooms getting married this weekend! Thank you for letting Josef's be a little part of your big day! ❤️

🎂 To everyone who placed special orders, THANK YOU!

🥰 And to all of our wonderful walk-in guests who have been coming through our doors nonstop, THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!

🦕 Oh, and speaking of dinosaurs... LOOK WHAT HATCHED IN THE KITCHEN!! These adorable little prehistoric troublemakers have officially invaded Josef's for our special cater! RAWRRR!! 🦖❤️

**We're OPEN TODAY from 10 AM–4 PM!**

Then, when we close up shop, I'm off to cater a special dinner! And tonight's menu is looking mighty delicious!

🍷 Red W**e Braised Short Ribs

🥔 Silky Celery Root Purée

🧈 Brown Butter Green Beans with Toasted Almonds

🍎 And for dessert... Apple Snickers Cheesecake dinosaurs!

Because apparently after a week like this, the logical thing to do is GO COOK SOME MORE!! 🤣🤣

Sleep? What's that? Is it a new cheesecake flavor? 😂

Come see us today, grab some goodies, say hi to the crew!

Love y'all, and thank you for another wonderful week! ❤️

🥨 **GOOD MORNING, Y'ALL!! HAPPY PRETZEL THURSDAY!!** 🥨

Soooooo... funny story. 🤣

I may have accidentally made the pretzels a little too big this morning. And by a little, I mean you might need a building permit and a forklift to get one out the door! 😂🥨

But hey, nobody has ever complained that their pretzel was TOO BIG, right?! 🤷‍♂️🤣

Meanwhile, I'm back here running around like a raccoon that just discovered an unlocked dumpster, trying to get **RE-RE-RE-STOCKED!!** 🦝💨 Y'all have been keeping me hopping, baking, decorating, and questioning whether I actually have enough hours in a day! 😂❤️

But don't you worry! We've got cheesecakes, giant soft pretzels, and all sorts of other delicious goodies waiting for you!

And while you're here, **swing in and say hi to Nana!** ❤️ She's always ready with a smile, a little sunshine, and a hug if you need one. 🥰

Or just come in for some treats... because let's face it, we ALL know you need some! 😉🍰

🕙 **OPEN TODAY 10AM–6PM!**

Come hungry, leave happy, and if you buy a pretzel, you might want to bring a friend to help carry it! 🤣🥨

❤️ Love y'all, and thank you for keeping this crazy little cheesecake shop hopping!!

Happy Wednesday, y’all! ☀️💙

Yesterday was absolutely INSANE — and I mean that in the best possible way! 😂 Thank y’all SO MUCH for keeping us running, baking, decorating, packaging, restocking…and apparently testing exactly how many desserts one guy can make before he starts seeing cheesecake in his sleep. 🤣

You cleaned me out so hard yesterday that I’ve used every container I have to get what we’ve got into the display cases this morning! 😂 Our delivery truck is coming today with more, so I’ll keep filling things up as fast as I can.

And the Creepy Babies… 👶😳

Y’all bought HUNDREDS of them yesterday. Every time I got some into the case — GONE. I finally thought I was starting to get ahead…and then someone came in and BOUGHT EVERY SINGLE ONE I HAD. 😂

So, before anymore of y'all comes charging through the door looking for their creepy little bundle of cheesecake joy: I am OUT of Creepy Babies today! They’ll be back, but it’ll be a few days. I have a HUGE special order of them for tomorrow, which means every mold I have is spoken for.

And these little monsters aren’t exactly a quick dessert to make! Each one gets:

Cheesecake batter made from scratch → filled into the molds → baked → cooled → frozen → unmolded → dipped in chocolate → put BACK into the molds → frozen AGAIN → unmolded AGAIN → hand-shaped → and finally hand-painted one at a time to make them wonderfully creepy. 👶😂

And yep…I do every one of those steps myself, right alongside making all the cheesecakes, cookies, macarons, pastries, cannolis, cream puffs and all the other goodies y’all keep devouring!

So bear with me — Mr. Cheesecake Man only has two hands! 😂

We’re OPEN TODAY 10AM–6PM, and the cases are loaded with what containers I could scrounge up until that truck gets here!

Come see us, grab something delicious, and THANK YOU again for absolutely wearing me out in the best way possible. ❤️😂
