We got the hives installed for the 2026 season! 🐝

This year we decided to grow from 2 hives to 4, and everything went smoothly getting them set up. Mia was a great helper until we discovered a small hole in her veil. After a close call with a curious bee, she decided she was done for the day 😅

I took one sting to the hand, but surprisingly it didn’t swell or hurt much after.

Here’s to a strong, healthy season ahead and lots of sweet rewards! 🍯

With the warmer weather finally here, bees have been out flying and working hard — and this mason jar sugar feeder has been keeping them fueled up!

This simple screw-in feeder makes it easy to give your hive a boost when natural nectar is still limited. Just fill a mason jar with sugar syrup, screw it in, and let the bees do the rest.

Healthy bees make healthy hives… and eventually sweet local honey.

I started looking at ways to organize/label my hives in the spring. I started the process of looking online but I couldn’t find something that suited my needs or represented me.

That led me to designing my own tags. I started from scratch and learned as I went since I haven’t designed anything of this nature before. It was quite the learning experience and am proud that I was able to figure this out. After many hours making sure to get everything right, I present my American Flag (not to be confused with an actual American Flag - some people used some nasty language to address this issue) inspired hive tags 1-10.

If this is something that you’d be interested in adding to your hives, please feel free to reach out and I can print these for you. If you’d like plain ones without the flag, I can do those also.

Hey everybody! I wanted to say thank you for taking the time and following this page.

Just a little bit about me. My name is Anthony. I’m an Army veteran who is starting a honey and 3D printing service. This was initially the brainchild of somebody else because they wanted me to sell 3D printed bee accessories at a vendor fair.

2025 was my first year beekeeping. I had two hives here in the Chippewa Valley area however I am looking to expand to 4-5 hives spring 2026. The fall 2025 harvest only yielded 33 pounds between the two hives. A typical hive can yield 40-60 pounds in this region (and sometimes more). Since I yielded so little this fall, I bottled everything into 8 ounce bears and plan on using them as gifts for family this holiday season. My hope is that my strong hive survives through the winter and provides a spring harvest that I can bottle up and sell.

As for the 3D printing. I’ve been 3D printing for over a year and a half. I’ve printed some very simple projects and some more complex projects. My main focus wants to be honey bee hive accessories or bee decor. However, I can print anything that is requested. I have printed plenty of dragons or small fidget toys as stocking stuffers, etc.
