Make your plans now for Sunday's game. Our bison, made into a great burger!

This Sunday at 1pm The Buffalo Bills face their first trial of the Playoff Season as they travel to Jacksonville to take on the Jaguars. Come show your support at your local Pub & Grille, we will be cheering in style and offering up some great specials!

Firstly we will be offering a Buffalo Burger special made with Bison from our friends at Empire Buffalo right here in Caz!

Also, during the game we will be offering $4 drafts of Utica Club Pilsner and raffling off some cool Bills swag!

Make us your football destination this Sunday!

While we're not at the market, we do have plenty of ground left in the freezer! Also some great sirloins, as well as chorizo and Italian sausage. Let us know if you would.like to swing by and stock up! Tacos, lasagna, stuffed peppers and burger!

Empire Buffalo started in 2010 and it has been a great adventure that is nearing its end. Buffalo Joe and the family are taking steps to move the herd to a new home. As plans are finalized, we will share the name of the businesses that purchase our herd.

No further processings are curently planned, so if you're interested in stocking up, we will be at the Cazenovia Farmers' Market on September 13th and 20th. After those markets we will assess what remains and determine if we will be back at the market or only sell by appointment at the farm.
