With over 40 years of cooking and baking experience, I have loads of tasty recipes...Creating & perfecting recipes & flavor combinations are my specialty! Some favorites include fried hand pies and baked

turnovers and cheesecakes, but I also make other baked goods such as traditional pies, quick sweet breads (think banana bread, pineapple zucchini bread, pumpkin bread, etc), muffins, cakes, cupcakes, cookies, apple fritters. Dinner items such as soups, stews, lasagnas, etc. Ask me about my pulled pork verde!
