Good morning!
For those of you that are going to stop by today and pick up your grand opening sample box , I will be available to start handing those out at 12noon. I do work a regular full-time customer service job remotely, part of which is escalated phone calls, therefore , it is imperative that I have a quiet work area. That is one of the reasons that I ask for a specific time so that I can try to plan my breaks and lunch accordingly, that way, the ankle biter alarm system is not alarming while I'm on the phone trying to be as professional as possible. If you will be stopping by today I need at least a fifteen minute window to make sure that I am not on a live phone call or in the middle of answering agents questions. To everyone who participated in our grand opening, I offer my sincere thanks and apologies for the challenges we encountered. The notion that man proposes and circumstances unfold as they may is particularly relevant today. A Walmart delivery issue initiated a series of difficulties. Despite these challenges, I am assured that we have identified areas for improvement and are working towards more streamlined operations. I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to my son and daughter-in-law, whose assistance was essential to navigating the grand opening's complexities.
