In 2020, losing my 9-5 was tough, but it pushed me to take a leap and start Mariscos Tone Camarón—combining my passion for cooking (inspired by my Nana and Tia Belia) with the dream of running a mobile kitchen. Thanks to you—our incredible community—we’ve gone from delivering mariscos across the city to setting up as the resident food truck at Harland Brewing in Bay Park. It’s been a wild ride, and I couldn’t be more grateful for your support!
Now, we’re hoping to keep leveling up... and need your help! We’re upgrading our mobile kitchen, adding fresh menu items, and sprucing up our decor to create a more welcoming guest experience.
