What's cooking? A 10lbs+ pork shoulder roast just began it's transformation to become kalua pork for this weekend! What would you want on your plate besides bread rolls?
* Shanghai or traditional lumpia
* Mac salad with or without tuna
* Veggie pancit bihon or garlic canton noodles
* Steamed calrose rice or Filipino garlic rice

Pickup in Hillsborough/Otay Ranch 91913. Post below to order or ask questions. Thanks for looking!

Mmm, I made shrimp and kalua pork! I used extra large sized shrimp (16-18/lb w/heads and 16-20/lb headless). They are enrobed in a savory-sweet sauce with long beans, onions, and garlic. The kalua pork was slowly oven-roasted overnight for ultimate juiciness.

Who'd like me to set some aside on a mixed plate for you?
$13 per shrimp or pork plate or $15 "baon box" with a little of everything.

Pickup in Hillsborough Otay Ranch 91913 or schedule delivery available aftejuiciest. Post or Msg me to order or text me directly at 619-495-6758

Curious about my lumpia, but not sure what to order? Come by the "Viva La Market" pop-up shop and try a $5 sampler boat of 5 flavors: stir fry in veggie and in beef, and Shanghai in beef, pork and chicken.

Every order comes with MOP sauce, a Mango Orange Pineapple based sweet chili sauce. I'll also have made to order musubi, 2 for $5, as well as Filipino fiesta fruit salad, $5 for 8oz serving or $7 for 12oz cup. 😋
