25 years ago, Larry Theriot joined the Richards team after already spending over two decades in the grocery business. He started as a relief salesperson, but it didn’t take long for him to earn his own territory — and make a lasting mark!
Larry was instrumental in helping grow the Richard’s brand across Central Louisiana, Lafayette, and Lake Charles. His drive to be the best, unmatched work ethic, and deep pride in our company set the tone for those around him.
Beyond the numbers, Larry has mentored and trained countless team members over the years — passing on the ins and outs of the sausage business with patience, passion, and pride.
