Are you good with your hands, love working on big machines, and want to be part of something that keeps America running? We’re a family-run dairy farm, and we’re looking for a full-time mechanic who can keep our fleet running strong. If you’ve got experience in diesel, farm machinery, or heavy equipment (or if you’ve been trained up and are ready to prove yourself), we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Be Working On:
Tractors, Choppers, Loaders, Swathers, Semis & Trailers
Farm vehicles and small engines
What You’ll Need:
Experience in agricultural or diesel mechanics (certification preferred)
Welding, Hydraulics, and Diagnostics experience
Your own tools (We help with a monthly tool allowance)
Valid U.S. driver’s license
Physically able to meet the demands of the job
Pay & Perks:
$25.00 – $38.00/hr DOE
Paid training
$100 monthly tool allowance
Employee parts discount
Paid holidays
Extra hours available + call-in compensation

Dear Neighbors,

We are incredibly saddened to report that someone recently drove a vehicle through our prepared farmland, causing substantial damage.

For those of you who understand the work that goes into farming, you know this isn't just a simple fix. 𝘐𝘵 𝘩𝘢𝘴 𝘥𝘦𝘴𝘵𝘳𝘰𝘺𝘦𝘥 𝘭𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘵𝘰𝘰𝘬 𝘵𝘩𝘰𝘶𝘴𝘢𝘯𝘥𝘴 𝘰𝘧 𝘩𝘰𝘶𝘳𝘴 𝘵𝘰 𝘭𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘭, 𝘱𝘭𝘢𝘯𝘵 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘧𝘦𝘳𝘵𝘪𝘭𝘪𝘻𝘦. This senseless act means we now have to restart much of that work.

𝗪𝗲 𝗡𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗘𝘆𝗲𝘀!

We are asking everyone in our community to please be extra vigilant near our fields.

𝗜𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘀𝗲𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝘆 𝘃𝗲𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗹𝗲 𝗱𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗸𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗹𝘆 𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝗮𝗿𝗺𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗱, especially doing "donuts", DO NOT confront them. 𝗣𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗳𝗳'𝘀 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗶𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗹𝘆 to report the incident and the vehicle description.
