We are incredibly sorry, but our produce stand will be closed today. The current air quality has reached unsafe levels, creating health hazards for our team. Because their safety is our top priority, we had to make the difficult decision to shut down for the day.

Hello Friends!
I was browsing through some recipes that I have saved over the years and came across this one. It is a great summer recipe, good for parties, lunch, dinner, side dishes, or snacks.
If your garden (or the farm stand) has handed you a pile of tomatoes, zucchini, and eggplant, this is the recipe to make. Ratatouille is one of my go-to dishes every summer — light, packed with fresh produce, and even better the next day. This Ratatouille Galette takes everything I love about it and wraps it in a flaky whole wheat crust, with the vegetables layered in overlapping rings.

Want more ways to bake your veggies? My Zucchini Galette uses the same technique with just one vegetable and Heirloom Tomato Pie is a personal favorite along with Zucchini & Ricotta Pie.
