Wishing all of you a very Happy New Year! I have been so blessed in 2022 with the start of Oishi Mochi Texas. I was fortunate to have met so many new people, many of whom became wonderful friends.

As we kick off this new year, my family is gearing up to start new adventures and we are starting to pack up and condense our household. We aren’t leaving just yet- just trying to be prepared for when we do.

With that being said I will not be posting presales. I am willing to work with you on smaller orders, so just message me and we can work something out.

🗓️Pickup will be on DECEMBER 24, 2022! Pickup time will be between 12:00 pm-3:00 pm in CIBOLO, TX. The location of pickup will be disclosed upon confirmation of order and payment.

💵 Prices are as marked. Payments can be made via VENMO, CASHAPP, PAYPAL, or CASH. Cash payments must be delivered before your order is confirmed. Please know, these are the lowest possible prices as the cost of everything is on the rise! Payment is due after your order is confirmed.

I’m so excited to announce that Oishi Mochi Texas will be at Big Aloha's Ali'i Cove on Saturday, December 10!

My girls will be inside of the restaurant introducing two new flavors of our 🍓Strawberry Daifuku🍓! DEBUTING flavors are Matcha (pictured) and Taro (previously posted).

Shiro an in the making! This process alone took me 2 hours, and it’ll probably only cover a dozen strawberries! Stay tuned for the final product as I try to make a matcha strawberry daifuku!!

Alright.. I was so excited for this menu! I’ve spent hours on calculating costs, designing and redesigning this menu. However, according to the Texas Cottage Law, I cannot sell cheesecakes or pumpkin pies from my home. Which absolutely sucks because… cheesecakes are my thing!! 😭😭

Back to the drawing board I go.

🍁Fall is my favorite season!! With that being said, I will be offering an open Fall menu full of Fall’s favorite flavors! The full menu will be posted by this weekend! I look forward to baking for all of your Fall festivities!🍁

Mahalo (thank you) for everyone’s support! All 12 boxes have sold! We had some extra ingredients, so my girls suggested making chocolate cream puffs with matcha chantilly frosting. If you can’t tell, matcha and chocolate is their favorite combination! These will definitely be included in the next cream puff sale as an “add on option”.

Strawberry mochi will go on sale for pick up on October 9! Turn your notifications on!! ❤️

Today’s Strawberry Mochi sale had to be canceled. I just wanted to take this time to thank each of you for your graciousness and your well wishes for my daughter!

This mochi takes days to prepare, as I make the azuki bean paste myself. Here’s a little snippet of the 5.5 hour process!
