Paul Delima Coffee is a locally owned and operated company and one of the largest coffee roasters in the region. For almost a century we've roasted coffee with a simple philosophy, good ingredients make great coffee. Going as far away as Southeast Asia, Central America, Africa, and Hawaii to bring the best beans home to you. We offer a full range of coffees from the dark and robust single source roasts to the lighter blended coffees, and everything in between. We work hard to perfect every blend, every roast, so that your coffee experience is the best it can be.

Just a heads up! We’ll be closing the Factory Store early at 1:00 PM on Friday, July 3rd so our team can enjoy the holiday weekend.
Don’t worry—we’ll be here all morning, so if you need to stock up on coffee for your Fourth of July celebrations, stop by before 1! There’s nothing worse than waking up on a holiday weekend and realizing you’re out of coffee.

And if the weather is anything like we’ve been having lately, don’t forget that our coffee is just as delicious over ice. Whether you’re spending the weekend by the pool, at a barbecue, or watching fireworks, an iced coffee is the perfect little treat to keep you cool.
We’ll see you before 1! Have a safe, happy, and caffeinated Independence Day weekend!

We have a lot of compliments on our coffee! We wanted to let you in on our secret!
Our coffee comes from Paul Delima Coffee, they are a roasting company in Cicero, NY. They are locally owned and operated in Cicero, and have been roasting coffee for over a century. They have a distinct coffee with a smooth, non acidic taste. Their customer service is amazing and I highly recommend them! We tried a lot of different coffees and it wasn’t a hard decision for us to make after tasting theirs. Just remember you are paying for the quality of beans they offer, not just a normal cup of joe.
We brew our cold brew for 24 hours before serving to ensure a quality above all others.
If you haven’t tried out coffee, YOU HAVE TO!!

Okay but this one is GOOD

White Chocolate Cranberry is creamy, a little sweet, and has just enough tartness to keep things interesting. It’s the kind of coffee you reach for on a cold morning when you want something cozy but not boring.

Grab a bag in the factory store or order online at shop.delimacoffee.com and let us know what you think — we’re obsessed!
