Mangata Farm We are a small family farm nestled in the rolling hills of Fairfield County, Ohio, producing pasture-raised American lamb.

Our mission is to raise healthy, low-input hair sheep in a way that nurtures our family, our land, and our community.

This week we sold off the 100lb ram lambs and reintegrated the remaining lambs with the ewes off the weaning feedlot. Life is good!

One load of straw a year keeps me in check and reminds me why we no longer make square bales. With this heat, unloading was a 5am job!

The round baler has been busy as well the last couple days, pumping out custom hay!
