A huge thank you goes out to for creating and hosting an amazing event last night. This dinner meant a lot for multiple reasons - showcasing chefs in our Queen City, showcasing local ingredients, bringing great people together, and most importantly showcasing .
La Soupe is an amazing organization right here in our city that rescues and saves perfectly good food, helps provide a home for the extras, and truly brings a community together. They have transformed raw ingredients into quality dishes to help others around our city. To explain everything they do & what they believe in, well this post would be too long. However, you can make an impact by either donating, visiting, or just reading through their important mission to our community and city.

We have been hard at work and we’re proud to officially announce we are launching our Demi-glacé line of products! We roast our veal bones to a golden brown, cook a ton of fresh vegetables and aromatics and then let time take things away. We cook our stock for over 24 hours to let time extract the natural collagen & gelatin. We use this stock as a foundation to create six new products in our pantry. Stay tuned as they start to roll out!
