I have one more portion of this dinner available, just let me know by end of day today! 4 portions for $44, side IS NOT zucchini as pictured, it will be Garlic Roasted Broccoli and Creamy Mashed Potatoes! I am located in Pleasant Ridge so can meet up here or in Oakley, Hyde Park or Amberly areas!

Available next week is this delicious Chipotle Honey Salmon! I honestly love this dish so much! Going to be served with a Creamy Mashed Potatoes and Garlic Roasted Broccoli. I can also substitute mashed Cauliflower for an even healthier option!

This will be $44 for four portions, and I will take orders until Monday evening for pickup/delivery Wednesday.

Four portions for $40 and I have two more I can fit in! Order by noon tomorrow to secure your dinner!

The chicken: marinated for 24 hours in a mixture of lime juice, garlic, soy sauce, cumin, olive oil, paprika, oregano, pepper, and chili powder, then baked in an EXTREMELY hot oven to get it crispy and caramelized on top

The beans: cannelini beans mixed with some veggie broth and sautéed garlic and simmered till they are so soft and creamy, then finished with a dollop of creme fraiche and a hearty portion of freshly grated parmesan and black pepper

The aspargus: Simply roasted with olive oil, salt and pepper so they are bright and fresh

The green sauce: Cilantro, jalepenos, garlic, lime juice, Greek yogurt, a little mayo, salt and pepper. This sauce is magic, baby!

I can meet at Oakley Kroger for pickup anytime Friday, or later in the evening Thursday if preferred!

Grab this while you can, I am blown away every time I make this how well everything goes together!

Oh. My. God. I swear people this chicken is so fire! 🤤 Meal for this week is the Peruvian Roasted Chicken Thighs with a Creamy Green Sauce! Sides are Roasted Asparagus with Creamy Parmesan Cannelini Beans. I personally put the green sauce on EVERYTHING on my plate, and I will include enough so that you can too!

These photos are not mine, but I will post pics of mine tomorrow, these are just the inspiration recipes which I adjusted and played with till I got it juuuust right!

This will be available for pickup Thursday, $40 and serves 4!

God I cannot wait to eat this Mediterranean Cauliflower Casserole for dinner next week 🤤

And you could too! Get your order in quick because I'm only taking a few more! Since I'm working from a small kitchen, I can't do too many at once.

Okay, this one is a recipe of my own that I have been cooking for YEARS! 💕 It's always a family favorite. This one is healthy, and so filling! I usually find I need a side, like salad or something with most casseroles, but this seriously leaves me so satisfied!

Its my Mediterranean Cauliflower Casserole! We've got chicken, we've got spinach, we've got tomatoes, we've got feta AND cheddar cheese! Rice cauliflower mixed in with whole grain brown rice, so this baby is packed full of cauliflower but it honestly just blends in with the rice! And that crispy top once it's baked 🤤

This will be available for pre-order till Monday for pickup on Wednesday! I'm offering this one for $40 and it serves 4-6 (4 would be some LARGE servings). I can omit the chicken for a vegetarian option as well!

Just something about that classic Chicken Noodle Soup base that does it for me🤌 What can I say, I'm a sucker for comfort food!

The Creamy Ginger Tumeric version I made is still available, only for today! 4 servings of soup for $36. It could be delivered to your door by this evening while you just kick up your feet (for once😅)! Also remember this will stay good in the fridge for 3 days, so could be dinner romorrow if you already marinated that steak for tonight!

It's time people! Dinner tonight is ready! I have my Creamy Ginger Tumeric Chicken Noodle Soup ready to go for whoever is interested!

This will be delivered in two 32oz cambros for a whopping total of 64 Oz of soup! 16oz, or two cups per portion which is pretty hardy for soup if you ask me!

Charging $35 and can meet at Oakley Kroger or drop off if it's reasonably close. Farther away and we can discuss a delivery fee! This will keep in the fridge for 4 days and be ready to go when you need it! I'm available today until 7:30 and tomorrow 12-6

Seriously you need to get in on this. Best chicken soup I've ever had, I am not kidding!

Ingredients: Chicken, carrots, celery, fuselli noodles, garlic, ginger, onions, low sodium chicken broth, a splash of heavy cream, tumeric, yellow curry powder, oregano, salt and pepper

Okay, no shade on classic Chicken Noodle Soup, its a classic for a reason! But ginger and tumeric just turn the vibrancy and flavor of it waaaay up! I don't want to eat it any other way anymore, like why WOULDN'T I add ginger and tumeric?

Plus, these two are great for your health! Ginger has antibacterial properties and tumeric is used as an anti-inflammatory supplement. That's why it just makes sense to me to add these to a soup that we all have when we are sick!

Anyway, I will be spending the day chopping veggies so you don't have to!

I will have this soup available tomorrow, probably only enough for 4 or 5 families. Message me or comment if you wanna claim one!
