Meehan's seasoning was created over thirty years ago by Tom, Pat, and Mike Meehan, fourth generation grocers from Bunker Hill, Illinois. After enthusiastic responses to their ribeye cookouts for local non-profit organizations, the Meehan brothers began to bottle and distribute their own proprietary blend of seasoning through their grocery stores in Bunker Hill, White Hall, and Greenfield. Within a few years, Meehan's Ribeye Seasoning became a staple in spice cabinets throughout central Illinois.
