At Kita's Konfections, we specialize in homemade marshmallow fondant, gluten/egg/ butter free, and even healthy creations. I am a full time mother, nurse, and wife who loves to bake. Making a centerpiece creation for a special celebration is what I like to do. Seeing the expression on a

child's face when they see their favorite character on their creation, just for them, is the motivation behind my antics. So leave the store-bought cake in the bakery department. Why settle for thawed out cakes and mediocre icing or craft-store bought fondant when you can have fresh, local, custom creations right here?
