A new house joins the Allocation: A Matter of Concrete, out of Rotterdam.
Their roastery sits inside the Van Belle Factory, a UNESCO site that was once the largest roastery in Europe. Every Coffee they select goes through blind cupping first. No name, no story, no bias. The cup decides.

We have synchronized allocations from our foundational Dutch partners (DAK and Manhattan) with the Swiss precision of ROSE.

The contrast is absolute.

From Manhattan: A Nariño Castillo subjected to a 210-hour anaerobic cycle, co-fermented with beer hops and sugarcane.

From ROSE (helmed by World Champion Matt Winton): A 2025 Janson Geisha, stripped of variables to isolate pure terroir with a Processing Level of 2.

The lab is open. The volume is strictly capped by the roasters.
