Wow, yes you can get, for your good health and the health of the planet, a variety of raw and roasted fair trade and organic nuts and seeds. They are good for you, good for the farmer, and good for the planet. Almonds and raw cashews are fair trade, so the farmers are getting paid higher than market price

for producing sustainable nuts. A study published in November, 2013 highlighted the health benefits of eating an ounce and a half of nuts daily: greatly reduced incidences of:cancer and cardiovascular and respiratory diseases and type 2 diabetes and increased longevity. Nuts are good for you! And organic and fair trade means they are good for the planet and good for the farmer.

Who is going to rally against slimy Karl Rove tonight at Joseph Beth Books at 630p? My first thought for my sign is "Karl Rove: As Corruption Lives and Breathes." Rove is an expert at doing evil and bringing harm into this world. I am in for standing against him.

Folks this is it: today's Northisde market is your last chance to get raw and roasted organic nuts and seeds and locally made organic peanut butter. I am shuttering the business, which is a good thing.
At Madeira last week folks wanted to buy 3 and 4 and 6 jars of peanut butter. Come and stock up. When it is gone it is gone. And so am I.

Today is the day to get freshly made peanut butter, three kinds of almonds [natural, roasted, tamari], roasted sunflower seeds, and black walnut pieces at the Madeira Farmers' Market at the Madeira Silverwood Presbyterian Church on Miami Avenue. This will be the last market offering organic nuts and seeds. Thanks for your support. If it isn't raining [hard] we will be outside.

If you are nuts about nuts or merely like them a lot; if you buy or want to buy raw or roasted organic and fair trade nuts and seeds and fresh, locally made peanut butter, today is the day to do it. Today is the last time I am selling at the Loveland Farmers' Market. I am shuttering my business when I sell out. I will be at the Northside Market while they are inside and at the Madeira Farmers' Market Thursday and April 30th. Thanks for all your support, interest, and business. Bless you all.

It is about 77 degrees F in Havana today, with a few clouds. Here in Cincinnati, the We're All Nuts line of cashew [raw] and peanut butter and a wide variety of nuts and seeds, raw and roasted, all purchased from certified organic operations will be at market today. Hope to see you.
