Hi friends! 👋🏼 With so many new faces here, I thought it was about time I properly introduced myself and shared a little bit about the person behind Taylor’s Nest & Nook! 💜
I’m Taylor! I’m a full-time registered nurse, still working 40 hours a week while running this little farmstand on the side. 🩺🍞🍪
About four years ago, when I was just beginning my nursing journey, I found myself dealing with a lot of anxiety surrounding starting a new career, especially in nursing. Somewhere along the way, I found sourdough and gardening, and they became more than just hobbies for me. They became my creative outlet, my calm, and something I truly looked forward to.
What started as a way to slow down and take care of my own mind eventually turned into this little farmstand… and it has grown into something we never could have imagined. 🥹
And while you may see my name and my face behind the stand, I definitely don’t do it all alone. My mom helps me tremendously on farmstand weekends with packaging, labeling, and the endless amount of dishes 😂 My dad is usually there helping me set everything up on Sunday mornings, and my boyfriend is my official certified taste tester. 😂🤎
This little stand has helped us in so many ways. It has helped us buy our first home (actually on the same street as the farmstand! The stand is at my parents), create the landscaping we’ve always dreamed about, and save for things in our future we never thought would be possible.
I will forever be grateful for every single person who has stopped by, shared a post, told a friend, supported a preorder, or simply cheered us on. Your support has made a bigger impact on my life than you will probably ever know.
So, if you’re new here, thank you for being here. And if you’ve been here since the beginning, thank you for sticking around and watching this little dream grow with me. 🥹💜
I’m so excited to keep sharing this journey with all of you. 🌱🥖🐓
Now tell me a little about YOU! Where are you from, and how did you find Taylor’s Nest & Nook? 🤎
