Thankful moment! Most times I'm a lil nervous when I show up in places that I've never been especially as a NEW Food Truck ... 11 years in as a Caterer is totally different!! Food truck..new places, new clients, new food truck beast ...wondering if we will be received well!!

Prayer is essential before the start of any shift 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽

Ayyyeee yesterday GOD stepped right in and said CHILL my child ....I GOT Y'all😭😭🙌🏽🙌🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

1st we were Invited to this event....NEXT my Baby girl Pai. was asked to be recorded at the festival for a FILM that was being put together by a company out of California ( Like they waited on her!!!!) Paityn's Place Food Truck was featured in the Film! While I was worrying ... God had a whole plan!!

The WORLD will know our name one day soon! 🙌🏽🙌🏽

Oh ... and we had a little over 350 tickets!

Word of the day.... Just keep showing up! Even in unfamiliar territory. God got you there for a reason!

From the moment we pulled up, the love and support were incredible! ❤️ Thank you to EVERYONE who stopped by our food truck, purchased a meal, told a friend, came back for more, and took the time to learn more about Paityn’s Place. We truly appreciate every single one of you!

One of the BEST parts of the night was meeting so many new people and gaining so many new clients! 🙌🏾 That means the world to a small business like ours.

And guess what?! 👀 Harrison is already looking forward to having us back, and we are just as excited! We’re looking forward to returning for the Food Truck Festival this spring! 🚚🍽️🎉
