So yes, for once we’re switching things up and giving Monday the day off instead of Sunday. Even butchers like to keep you on your toes every now and then. 😉

Our hearts go out to everyone affected by last night’s tornado activity and severe weather. We hope you, your families, and your neighbors are safe.

Things can be replaced, and yes, even the filets in the freezer. What matters most is that everyone made it through safely.

When the time comes to restock the freezer, put dinner back together, or even just stop in and talk for a few minutes to get your mind off things, you know where to find your favorite butcher family.

Take care of yourselves, check on your neighbors, and know that all of us at Humbert’s are thinking of our community. ❤️

It’s hard to believe it has already been over two weeks since we proudly served our signature Italian sausage at Bart’s Festival!

Every year we are blown away by the community support and can’t thank everyone enough. A special thank you to St. Barts for continuing to use our products at their grill tent. We truly appreciate the business.

Back to school shopping got you missing that summertime festival feeling? Stop by Humbert’s, grab a pack of our Italian sausage and a half-pint of sauerkraut, then toss it all on the Blackstone. It may not come with live music and a crowded b**r tent, but your backyard has shorter lines. 😉
