GOOD NEWS!!
We are preparing for a SEPTEMBER opening after a longer process than we anticipated! Rain was just not our friend this year!

Barbecue Cooker Guy will be needing PART-TIME help out back in the cook shed. 👨🏼‍🍳
His current helper has to get back to school teaching kids.

What does this look like?
-Well, you have to work with Barbecue Cooker Guy because he is in charge of out back.
-Days and hours are dictated by big cooks for catering, loading the heat and eat section, and big Saturday specials. We plan to have something special each weekend!
-This role will not require you to wait on customers, or do anything with tech or money. That’s a plus!
-Biggest thing is simply taking directions and being consistent to help make that delicious food up to Barbecue Cooker Guy’s standards.

Here’s advanced notice on the August date for those baby backs!!
(I am getting messages every single week asking when you all can get more ribs and WE LOVE ITTTTT!!!)

We will have baby back ribs on Saturday, August 15th. We will do a 12:00 and 5:00 pick up to accommodate more after the huge response we had for the July 4th weekend.

Student pre-paid accounts! I (Sarah) have eaten school lunches with the wonderful Ms. Sherri for years and she makes a good North Wayne meal! 🍔

For those days your CHS kiddo wants something different? We will have student accounts you can load money onto so they have OPTIONS across the street at Cornerstone Meats! We will be sharing more details in the coming weeks, but there will be choices for students hitting ALL price ranges. We want to serve our community and we know that means feeding kids!!

Ummm!! So many of you keep talking to us pumped about us having deli service! We are very excited to offer this in Cisne and we’re continuing to line up our vendors and distributors, while also finalizing our equipment list.

I have questions for YOU!! Tell me your thoughts on deli so we can get an idea on how to best serve you. What’s your go-to sandwich? What condiments do you LOVE 😍? Is there interest in offering our in-house salads as a deli option, like our smoked chicken salad sandwich or Luke’s ham salad? Should we keep that in the cold case just for purchase to go?
