As we wrap up another season at Wet Hammock Farm, we just want to say thank you.
Thank you to every family who spent part of their spring and summer with us. Thank you to everyone who picked berries, carried home flowers, brought their children, told their friends, shared our posts, and supported this little farm.
This year brought so many new faces, and one of our favorite parts of the season was getting to meet all of you. We also loved seeing so many familiar faces return. Many of our customers have been visiting for years, and seeing you come back season after season feels a little like welcoming family home.
We are especially grateful to everyone who shared our farm with others. For as long as we’ve been doing this, our hope has never been to be the biggest attraction around. We simply wanted people to know we’re here. We wanted folks looking for a real farm experience to find us. The fact that so many of you have spread the word means more than we can adequately express.
This isn’t a carnival or a theme park. It’s a working family farm that has been here for more than 100 years. Every season, we feel incredibly fortunate that so many people choose to spend part of their day here, making memories among the berry rows and flowers and becoming part of the story of this place.
While peach season ended sooner than we expected this year, the support from our community never slowed down. We are deeply thankful for every visit, every kind word, every social media share, and every bit of encouragement you’ve given us along the way.
Thank you for helping us keep this farm going and for being part of another wonderful season.
We’ll be quiet for a little while, but come March, start keeping an eye on our page. That’s usually when we begin sharing updates for the new season. We look forward to welcoming you back to the farm next year.
Until then, thank you for an amazing season.
