Been a busy couple of weeks but you know me.... I'm SO incredibly bad at posting pics of my creations! I do this as a side gig, for the fun of it and to release my creative energy... It was never about making money or becoming popular within the 'charcuterie' world.... But here I am 6 years later still plugging away - I'm grateful for my regular clients who know I give it all I've got - I don't make a lot of money - but I do get a lot of satisfaction when I see your faces light up at what I've done for you.
