We are also excited about pickling cukes, our hot pepper mix pack (habenero, jalepeno, cayenne), green tomatillos and ground cherries 😍

We are still loaded up on tomatoes but will start to run out of some varieties after this weekend!

Spring is full of small things and full fields. We are in the race to get plants in the ground, facing the last nights of heated prop houses, and the beginning of our (staffed) farmstand season.

✅Caimen - Our most disease resistant red. Takes a while to color!
✅New Girl - Earliest beefsteak red with some disease resistant
✅Abigail - Large pink beefsteak on incredibly disease resistant plants
✅Blue Tonic - 'indigo apple' type but more productive and resistant!
✅San Marzano - The classic sauce tomato
✅Speckled Roman - A larger sauce tomato with yellow streaking
✅Valencia - Medium sized yellow slicer
✅Harvest Moon - Medium yellow slicer with red inside
✅Woodstock - Green when ripe with shades of yellow and red inside
✅Copia - Green, yellow and red striped exterior. A classic heirloom
✅Pink Boar - Pink with iridescent green stripes
✅ Brandywine - The original heirloom. Largest red fruit
✅Cherokee - Another classic heirloom. Dark pink/purple with great flavor
