We thought it appropriate on National Farmers Day to introduce the farm's founder, Ed MacGlaflin. Ed found his love of farming as a young boy on his grandfather's Connecticut farm. After school and on weekends, he spent as much time there as he could helping with chores. During high school he began working for another local farm which also owned a tractor dealership. In 1971 he started his own dairy farm in northeastern Connecticut. In 1996 the farm moved to its current home in Claremont, NH. Ed has been farming full time for over 50 years! Today happens to also be his birthday - how appropriate for a lifelong farmer❤️🐄🧀
