🍇 W**e 101: Meet Spourtiko

For our first feature in our new series, we’re heading to Cyprus to explore a grape you may not have heard of before: Spourtiko.

This indigenous Cypriot variety produces a white w**e that is light-bodied, fresh, and beautifully textured, with notes of lemon peel, green citrus, white flowers, and stone fruit. It also has a distinctive mineral character and a clean, refreshing finish.

A few quick facts:

• From Paphos, Cyprus
