🇺🇸The City of Claremont, NH Government Then&Now scavenger hunt is officially starting tomorrow! 🇺🇸 Grab a passport at Claremont Central Collections, Claremont Community Center, Claremont Visitors Center, or the City Finance Office during business hours, then match the clues with 11 historic locations in town 🔍.
Every clue correctly guessed gets you a passport stamp and a raffle entry for that location, with a final big prize also up for grabs🎆. Elementary, my dear Claremonters!

Announcing the Claremont Then & Now Scavenger Hunt! This fun scavenger hunt has clues for 11 locations around the city that have a cool history. Each location is also holding a prize drawing that all participants can enter in. Pick up a passport from 10 AM to Noon on Saturday, June 13th in front of the Fire Station. Starting on June 15th, you can get one at the following locations during regular business hours: Claremont Central Collections, Claremont Community Center, Claremont Visitors Center or the City Finance Office.

The Scavenger Hunt will run from June 18th through July 2nd when the participating businesses will draw a prize winner. There will also be a grand prize drawing on July 3rd – which is valued at over $500! Details of the grand prize drawing are in the passport. The City of Claremont would like to thank all of the local businesses who have participated in the scavenger hunt and the grand prize drawing. We hope that you have fund solving these clues and learning more about some of our local businesses! 🎉🎊

🥖Our friends at Sugar Creek Farm had to temporarily halt sourdough production - but we are still carrying their delicious muffins every weekend, and focaccias are available for preorders. 👨‍🌾
Will keep everyone posted when sourdough deliveries resume.

As things get busier around the farm, we’ll be taking a step back from regular sourdough bread production for a bit.

Don’t worry.. we’ll still be making muffins to order, focaccia, and other baked goods, and sourdough will return when time allows.

💗 THINK PINK in the kitchen with the latest addition to our fresh mushroom lineup, pink oyster mushrooms 🍄.
Meaty and chewy, with strong umami notes, this anemone-looking mushroom is as tasty as it is pretty! Because of its very short shelf life (only a couple of days in the fridge) you won't find it in any supermarkets, but that's not a problem for us, as we grow them in-store and harvest them fresh every day.
