While you’re answering emails, making to-do lists, and pretending to enjoy Monday, I’ve been quietly plotting from my gluten-free dessert lair.

My plan?

Convince innocent people that they only need one cake puck.

Then they take a bite.

Suddenly they’re standing in front of the fridge at 9:47 PM whispering, “Maybe just one more…”

The plan works every time.

So if Monday has you feeling personally attacked, fight back with a little cake-covered happiness.

At last…

The week has nearly fallen.

Monday tried to break your spirit. Tuesday brought unnecessary meetings. Wednesday was suspiciously long. Thursday tested everyone’s patience.

But now?

Friday is here.

And while others celebrate with productivity and responsible choices, I shall be lurking in the shadows with a box of gluten-free cake pucks, plotting absolutely nothing except which flavor to eat next.

The fools think self-control will save them.

They are mistaken.

The chocolate shell cracks. The cake is soft. The weekend approaches.

Resistance is futile.

Join me, and together we shall spend the next 48 hours making questionable snack decisions and calling it self-care.
