Fall garden clean-up crew reporting for duty 🍂🐰

We let the rabbits spend a couple of supervised hours roaming the garden, where they’re more than happy to help clean up what’s left from the season.

They get extra space to run, jump, explore, and forage for plenty of garden treats, while leaving behind a little natural fertilizer to help us get ready for next year’s garden. 🌱

Safe to say, this is one farm chore they’re always willing to help with. 😂

A little heads up from Sugar Creek Farm 🌿

We’re taking a little time away this week, so we’ll be pausing all bakery orders while we’re gone. 🍞💛

We’ll be back and taking orders again the week of October 5th — just in time for fall, with some new seasonal flavors and goodies coming to the bakery! 🍂🫐🍎

Thank you for your patience and continued support. We’ll see you when we’re back! 🤎

If you’re a baker, you’ll probably understand this one… 😅🍞

Sometimes, especially with sourdough, things just don’t go according to plan. Our bread decided it simply wasn’t going to rise this week, and rather than put out something we aren’t happy with, there unfortunately won’t be sourdough at Claremont Spice & Dry Goods this Friday.

The good news? 🫐 Our popular jumbo blueberry muffins behaved themselves and will be stocked as usual!

That’s the reality of baking from scratch, sometimes the dough has other plans. 😂 We’ll try again next week!
