When I make our drinks or events or bottled for sale, I create all the juices and syrups by hand so everything is as fresh and clean as possible.

So when making syrups last night, I decided to bottle up some extra and sell it at The Cottage at Cabin Creek Ranch, LLC.

No additives or preservatives. Real ingredients that you can pronounce and taste.

We are excited to participate as the preferred event bartending service for the upcoming 19th annual TAMA Golf Tournament at Heritage Hills Golf Course in Claremore. It was great to sit down with the coordinator and design the drink choices for the entire event from the Par-Tee Bar to the availability on the drink carts.

Do you have a fun event coming up that you need premier service for bartending? Let’s see how you can have a great time with Wild Thyme!

One of our signature mocktails made an appearance again this weekend at a reunion party, and now it’s available for sale in grab-and-go form.

Meet: “The Scarlet Sprig”

This is an elegant twist on a classic cranberry vodka drink met with the warmth of rosemary simple syrup and vanilla syrup with just a hint of orange citrus.

Spirit recommendations would be vodka so you enjoy all the flavors or pair with gin to bring out the herbaceous side of the drink. Make sure to add ice and a splash of club soda on top. Or for the nonalcoholic version mix with club soda or a zero sugar, lemon lime soda over ice.

One bottle of a mocktail to go will create two cocktails, depending on your glass size.

These are found exclusively at The Cottage at Cabin Creek Ranch, LLC just outside of Foyil, OK.

The popularity of the mocktails to go blows my mind! People are really enjoying picking up a concentrated non-alcoholic mix and pairing it with their favorite spirits or bubbly soda. Also, 99% of the ingredients are made in house (obviously not the orange juice, just not cost effective).

These are available all the time at The Cottage at Cabin Creek Ranch, LLC or on Saturdays at West Bend Farmers Market until the end of market season.

Oh, and these are some the same mocktails we have created for private bartending events and have been wildly successful.

It’s always a great time with Wild Thyme!

Our newest cocktail, One in a Melon, is now available at The Cottage at Cabin Creek Ranch, LLC!

It’s light, refreshing and has a hint of the summer vibes we aren’t quite ready to let go of yet.

Each bottled mocktail can make two cocktails, or mix it with club soda for a light bubbly nonalcoholic drink.

With this one, we recommend it be paired with vodka, gin, or tequila. If you use tequila, sprinkle some Tajin for some spicy fun!

It was a wonderful day at the golf course serving up drinks to all the players supporting the Claremore Area Chamber of Commerce!

Thanks for letting Wild Thyme Drink Co sponsor the beverage carts. Can’t wait to do it again next year!
